The Jettison wins School Award at BAIFF

Michael C Coldwell returns from Venice with an audience award from the Burano Artificial Intelligence Film Festival, just across the harbour from the Biennale, and housed in the world’s first factory, the Venice Arsenale. Far from fulfilling the prevailing wisdom about AI and creativity, the event, and the talented filmmakers involved, demonstrated that these technologies are being adopted by the adventurous and the intellectually curious, to ask serious questions about these machines, and the changing role of the human being in this brave new world.
