Alternating Current

A love letter to electricity in 9 parts

Conflux Coldwell's Alternating Current brings together, through multi-modal improvisation, the many different strands of Coldwell's work. The music was improvised as a response to the photographs and film, which in turn were the result of improvisation and happenstance, a fleeting moment captured using electricity.

The video piece above was installed as part of Lumen, Beaconstruction & The Space Between at Beacons Music and Arts Festival, 2014
Music from the project was developed into my first official album under the name Conflux Coldwell.
